Q: Will you refund shipping charges $10 on my parcel? 
A: No, we will refund for what you paid for your order but not the shipping charge. 


Q: Will you refund route package protection fee on my parcel? 
A: No, we will refund for what you paid for your order but not the route package protection fee. 


Q: Is shipping return label free? 
A: No, if you generate a return label from our return portal, $7 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost. 


Q: Can I return or exchange a final sale item? 
A: No, any items marked as final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE 50% OFF DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE. THESE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 14 business days for your return to be fully processed. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. 

All returns sent back to us must be delivered and received by us within 21 days from the delivery date to receive a refund back to your original payment method. If we do not receive your return package after 21 days from delivery date, any return package is ineligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed as merchandise credit.

We only accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met). 

INTERNATIONAL

Route Package Protection fee is non-refundable. 

Shipping charge is non-refundable. 

International customers are responsible for their return packages including shipping fees and package charges.
