Any products are bought at discount rate of 50%, 55%, 60%, 65% or 70% are final sale. All final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We do not offer direct exchanges

We only accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met). 

 

Q: Will you refund shipping charges $7 on my parcel? 
A: No, we will refund for what you paid for your order but not the shipping charge. 

 

Q: Will you refund route package protection fee on my parcel? 
A: No, we will refund for what you paid for your order but not the route package protection fee. 



INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for their return packages including shipping fees and package charges.

All returns sent back to us must be delivered and received by us within 21 days from the delivery date to receive a refund back to your original payment method. If we do not receive your return package after 21 days from the delivery date, any return package is ineligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed as merchandise credit.
