You have 14 calendar days, from the date you receive your order, to generate a pre-paid return label. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
All returns sent back to us must be delivered and received by us within 21 days from the delivery date to receive a refund back to your original payment method. If we do not receive your return package after 21 days from delivery date, any return package is ineligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed as merchandise credit.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
We only accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).

- Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 14 business days for your return to be fully processed. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
