Expedited Shipping: $20 (2-3 Business Days)

Overnight Shipping: $45 (1 Business Day)

 

Your order is special to us, and we aim to ship within 1–3 business days from Boston. Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving our office. While we don’t ship on weekends or holidays, standard ground delivery may take up to 10 days from the time you place your order. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your package is on its way.
 

During our sale period, order processing times may extend to 10-15 days due to increased demand. Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 5-7 business days to arrive to you. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to deliver your order promptly.
 

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the scheduled mentioned on the product pages. Pre-order items will not delay the rest of your order and will not increase your shipping cost.

For our international customers, we’ve taken care of duties and taxes for you, making checkout clear and effortless. This means no surprise charges at checkout or upon arrival—everything is seamless and transparent. So you can enjoy a smooth checkout and delivery without any hidden fees.

Some countries allow or require orders to be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), these will be visible to your at time of checkout. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. 

We take great care in preparing your order, and most pieces ship within 1–3 business days from our Boston office. Once on its way, your package will typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE POLICY 

We strive to ensure that every order is delivered safely and on time. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at customerservice@adeirlina.com within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you promptly.
 

Within this 48-hour window, we will:

  • Reach out to the shipping carrier to start an investigation

  • Review tracking and delivery details

  • Work with you to find the best possible resolution

After 48 hours from the marked delivery, we’re unfortunately no longer able to take responsibility for lost or missing packages, as carriers consider the delivery completed.
 

Before reaching out, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier, as packages are sometimes left in a safe or nearby location.
 

We truly appreciate your understanding, as reporting issues quickly allows us to better assist you and resolve things smoothly.
