We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from shipping carriers along with your order from Adeirlina, so any shipping issues must be handled by shipping carriers.
In case your shipment is lost in transit: You will not be reimbursed for your purchase with Adeirlina along with shipping fees. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE CLAIM WITH SHIPPING CARRIERS. Adeirlina is not responsible for lost packages during transit. Adeirlina is only responsible for your new purchase, once your package leaves our office it is completely out of our control.
