RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

 USA & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

We offer a full refund for items in new condition with original tags attached in its original packaging (minus shipping costs). We define “new condition” as unworn, unwashed, unstained and free of any alterations. 

All returns sent back to us must be received by us within 21 days from the delivery date to receive a refund back to your original payment method. Packages outside of this return window are ineligible for a refund. 

Returns received after 21 days from the delivery date will be refunded to a store credit in the form of an e-gift card and sent to the email address used on your order.

We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. 

ALL PRODUCTS THAT HAVE A 50% OFF DISCOUNT OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

USA Customers 

We are here to spoil you. If you are not happy with your purchases, we will take any unwanted items back. This doesn't apply to any discounted purchases of 50% and greater. 

It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by Adeirlina when sent back:

  1. Please visit the return portal here

  2. $7 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost.

  3. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 14 business days for your return to be fully processed. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
     

International customers are responsible for their return packages including shipping fees, duties, taxes and any other package charges.
