At Adeirlina, we strive to provide excellent service and satisfaction to our valued customers. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding our return policy, please review the following terms:



We offer a full refund on items in new condition with original tags attached in its original packaging (minus shipping costs and shipping insurance costs). We define “new condition” as unworn, unwashed, unstained, no fragrance and free of any alterations. 

Adeirlina reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

All returns sent back to us
must be received by us within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund back to your original payment method. Packages outside of this return window are ineligible for a refund. 

Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 

We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. 

ALL INTIMATE ITEMS AND ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review product details before making a final purchase. Effective January 25th, 2024, orders placed on or after this date will incur a 5% restocking fee applies to each item returned, and this fee will be deducted from the item's purchase price.



USA Customers 

We are here to spoil you and make your life easy. If you are not happy with your purchases, we will take any unwanted items back. This doesn't apply to intimate items and all items that marked as final sale. 

It’s important to note that return shipping costs and tracking ID are not covered by Adeirlina when sent back.

Every package delivered to you has a return sheet including our return instructions on it. When send back your unwanted item(s), we recommend using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Please note that we cannot accept returns without your order invoice, order number and email confirmation. If an invoice was not included in your package, please print your order confirmation email that was sent to you at order placement and include in it the return package.

International customers are responsible for their return packages including shipping fees, duties, taxes and any other package charges.
