RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
At Adeirlina, we strive to provide excellent service and satisfaction to our valued customers. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding our return policy, please review the following terms:
USA RETURNS
We’re here to ensure your shopping is as effortless as possible. If something doesn’t work out, returns are always welcome, and exchanges are quick and complimentary.

We offer a full refund on items in new condition with original tags attached in its original packaging (minus shipping costs). We define “new condition” as unworn, unwashed, unstained, no fragrance and free of any alterations.
Adeirlina reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Returns/Refunds: all return packages must be received by us within 30 days from the delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Packages received outside of this 30-day window will not qualify for a refund.
Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges: We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges for all items, whether full-priced or purchased with a discount of 15% or less. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and items should be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate your exchange, and we’ll make sure your replacement is sent promptly.

ALL CLEARANCE AND SALE PRICE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
All purchases made using coupon codes of 35% or greater or marked sale items discounted over 35% are considered FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Beginning August 15th, 2025, returns involving two or more items will be subject to a 5% restocking fee per item. The applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned item.
Condition of Returned Items: If a returned item shows signs of wear, marks, or has a noticeable odor, a 35% deduction will be applied to the refund, if the item is otherwise eligible.

It’s important to note that return shipping costs and tracking ID are not covered by Adeirlina when sent back.

Please note that we cannot accept returns without your order invoice, order number and email confirmation. Please print your order confirmation email that was sent to you at order placement and include in it the return package.

For all international orders shipped outside of the United States, shipping charges, taxes, duties, and import fees are non-refundable. These fees are collected and retained by government authorities or shipping carriers as required by law and are not controlled or retained by Adeirlina.
Refunds for international orders are limited to the price of the item(s) purchased. If the item was full-priced or purchased at less than 35% off, the refund will be issued for the item price only. Discounts of 35% or more are not eligible for refunds.
By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
